Vampires are getting closer. Chloe's vampire blood is also starting to heat up a bit, though she is trying hard to ignore it. I see some foreshadowing in this installment.

Luke is slowly recuperating in the hospital. But then he has a sinister visitor. Chloe is forced to make some major life decisions and abandons this new life to which she has just started to become accustomed.

The Vampire Hunter's Daughter Part IV ends with a cliffhanger that will makes you immediately want the fifth installment. I had a hard time waiting for it, because I have been completely sucked into this story!

The Vampire Hunter's Daughter series is one that will appeal to those who love vampires, as well as those of us who traditionally don't. It's fun young adult reading that will keep you glued to the screen and escape reality for a short while.

I actually like the series but I think the author should just take her time and write a full book. If you put all four storiea together it would still be a very very short book. I enjoy the story, it is full of non stop action but I believe that ia because each story is only one scene. The author is talented.....no doubt but to pay for a book.....I want an actual book

I love the way Chloe and drew are brought out in this book. Her experiencing a so called love interest in Drew. Her powers coming to life. Her father appearing. She finally calls Luke her grandfather. Just a overall great book .I cant wait to see what happens in the next book. I am officially hooked. I am waiting on more. I loved this book..
This was a great edition to The Vampire Hunter's Daughter short series. I like the characters. They are YA but not your typical whiny teenage types. They are strong and motivated individuals and the lead character has to deal with so much loss and trying to discover who she really is and really wants to be as her mother is a hunter and her father is a vampire she has two parts of herself to understand. There is a lot of action in these stories and some romance and being YA a little teenage angst and a strong since of family. Overall I thought they were great. My biggest complaint they were too short, can't wait to see what happens next

I absolutely love this short story series! Jennifer Malone Wright has done it again! She has written a continuance of a short story for the 4th time in a row and managed to leave them off in the perfect spot to keep you in suspense and wanting more! I can't wait to find out what happens next, now that Chloe's life has once again taken a drastic turn! Even more I expect Drew will soon be playing a bigger role in the stories to come, at least I hope he does! Will he go after Chloe? Will they're relationship change in anyway? And yet, what is this connection that Chloe and Gavin have? All questions I can't wait to discover answers to!
Excellent continuation in this story! If you have been following my reviews for this series you will know what happens at the New Year's bash. What is going on between Chloe and Drew is still somewhat of a mystery, but you can definently feel the tension and the sparks! Gavin has entered the picture and there seems to be a history between him and Drew. Neither has said leaving Chloe to wander. The end leaves you with Luke still incapcitated and a pawn. Trevor has made an appearance and Chloe is wondernig if this is check or checkmate. Ms. Wright is a wonderful story teller and with each part I get drawn further and further into the story. Cant wait for the next part.
This whole series is TERRIFIC! A great read hands down!! I was hooked (line & sinker) after the very first one! I began with the Part I (free version) & immediately went to purchase Part II-V. Then I was totally bummed to see part VI was not yet released. Eagerly awaiting the release I found myself needing a Wright fix, so back to search I went. I about jumped for joy to see her novel The Birth of Jaiden! It's a must read as well!! She brings such life into her characters & builds this story that sucks you in completely! Every book left me wanting more without making me feel like the ending was incomplete. She definitely has a knack for this! ;-) Now that Part VI is out I am once again psyched to read more!!! I shall await her next series Arcadia Falls with Much anticipation!! (Not to mention the sequel(s) to The Birth of JAiden! Hint HINT Hint!) I truly look forward to reading many many more writings by this author!!!
